Step 2:

An assessment factoring in your current athletic ability, exercise experience, and short/long term goals is utilized to develop a training program to maximize your full potential while providing optimal results.

 

Step 3:

Based on our assessment we place you in a group/team that is at the same level based on the results of your one-on-one.

 

Note: If you sign-up as a specific group then that is the group you will work with throughout the program regardless of the assessment.

 

Group/Team training is a great way to receive an individualized workout while developing a great support system through team work. We truly believe that “Strength lies in numbers”, and we rely on the team concept daily to achieve our goals here at Game Face.  Our methodology provides our clients with a sense of support that extends far past the workouts they receive at Game Face. This consistent support system will help to assist you in holding yourself accountable in and outside of the gym. The Game Face “Team Concept” will create an environment that will continually push you and provide you with all the tools you’ll need to reach your individual goals.
