1 on 1 Training 

This is a great option for individuals who have little to no experience in athletic/exercise training methods. Utilizing The one-on-one training option provides the athlete with the training base and methods that we use in all facets of our program. Private sessions are geared to be meticulous in assessing the client’s movement and form throughout the session. The intent is to provide you with the tools and knowledge necessary to develop a strong base on which to establish an in route to achieving your athletic goals. The ultimate goal is to prepare you for our more rigorous Adult Team/Boot Camp training program.”
